Our goal is to provide the best learning experience for kids with high-quality and safe programs. Also, we give full support to the schools, customizing each program to their specific needs.

Also extracurricular activities are a key part of the curriculum and every kid should have access to it. It provides students an opportunity to learn a wide range of skills outside the classroom as it stimulates different physical and cognitive abilities, while having fun with peers in a safe and healthy environment.

We offer a wide range of sports and activities for Afterschool Programs and Day Camps. Pricing for After School Programs starts at $20 per kid per 1-hour lesson, with variations based on the chosen sport or activity. We can customize the program and camp to suit the specific needs of each school, which will influence the final cost. The price may also vary depending on the number of kids and the quantity of lessons a school wishes to book.

HOKALI offers Afterschool Programs for kids of different ages. We have a minimum of 6 kids per lesson, and no maximum of kids is required to start the program. For Jiu-Jitsu, the minimum is ten kids per lesson. Depending on which sport, we may have a maximum of 12 kids per coach, but more than one coach can assist with the lesson to satisfy the school's needs.

HOKALI offers After School Programs and Camps to kids between the ages of 5 to 18 years old.

At HOKALI, we are dedicated to providing top-notch Enrichment Activities for students. Our experienced instructors offer onsite lessons, ensuring a convenient and immersive learning experience right at your school.

Although we currently focus on onsite lessons, we are actively working on expanding our services to include online lessons as well. To stay updated on our future online offerings or to inquire about our onsite lessons, please feel free to get in touch with us.

HOKALI instructors will use the school facilities for the after-school programs and camps. We can adapt the sports and activities to the facilities of each school. We are very flexible and can also provide lessons and activities in a park near the school. We coordinate with the school the logistics for classes outside the school.

Schools must provide the gear to their students for each sport or activity chosen

HOKALI will ensure background checks for every instructor attending the different programs. Finger Live Scan certified, available on request.

HOKALI defined a unique onboarding process to ensure the best-qualified instructors for each sport and activity we offer. Instructors must complete the onboarding process before the first lesson they connect through HOKALI. The method includes personal interviews, background checks, and accepting and signing HOKALI values, among other requirements.

What happens if a student or parent requests to cancel the program?

• Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start of the after-school program will be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the start of the program will receive a full credit that can be applied towards another HOKALI program.
• Cancellations made prior to the program's start date, up to 14 days in advance, will qualify for a 50% credit that can be utilized towards any other HOKALI program.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made after the start of the after-school program.

In which scenarios HOKALI reserves the right to cancel the program

• To proceed with an after-school program, a minimum enrollment requirement of 6 to 10 students (depending on the program) must be met two weeks prior to the scheduled first session. If this minimum enrollment is not reached, HOKALI reserves the right to cancel the program.
• Parents will be notified five days prior to the start of their after-school program if the minimum enrollment requirement has not been met. In such cases, parents can choose to transfer their child to another available program, or they will receive a full refund of their registration fee.

Cancellation Penalties:

• Early Cancellation (more than 30 days before camp start date): Schools that cancel more than 30 days before the camp start date will incur no penalty.
• Standard Cancellation (15-30 days before camp start date): Schools that cancel between 15 and 30 days before the camp start date will face a 25% penalty of the original invoice amount.
• Late Cancellation (less than 15 days before camp start date): Schools that cancel between 0 and 15 days before the camp start date will incur a 50% penalty of the original invoice amount.

Emergency Situations:

• In the event of unforeseen emergencies disrupting scheduled camp activities, a 50% refund of the affected program's cost will be provided for advance-paid invoices. For unpaid invoices, a modification will be made, reflecting a 50% reduction in the program amount affected by the cancellation. Examples of emergencies include natural disasters (e.g., hurricanes, earthquakes), public health crises, or any unforeseen circumstances that threaten participants' safety and well-being.

Weather Conditions:

• Camps won't be canceled and will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions unless deemed force majeure. In case of inclement weather, alternative or indoor activities will be offered.

Refund Processing:

• If applicable, refunds will be processed within 30 days of the written cancellation request.

Changes to Camp Details:

• Any changes, such as alterations to camp programs or session dates, must be communicated via email to (operations@hokali.co) or to the assigned Account Executive) at least 15 days before the camp start date. Administrative fees may be applied to each change.
