Fitness

This onsite program will focus on learning the basics of Fitness Training.

Students will learn about fitness goals, while exercising their whole body and having fun.

Fitness training refers to physical activity that is designed to improve overall health and well-being. It can include a variety of exercises and activities such as cardiovascular training, strength training, flexibility and balance training, and endurance training. The goal of fitness training is to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility, and to reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. It can be done by oneself or with the guidance of a personal trainer or fitness instructor. It can also be done in a gym or fitness center, or at home using equipment or just bodyweight. A well-rounded fitness training program should include a mix of cardio and strength training exercises, as well as stretching and flexibility exercises.
