This onsite program will focus on learning the rules of Gaga Ball.
Students will learn how to play this inclusive sport, while improving their hand-eye coordination and developing strategic thinking.
Gaga ball is a fun, fast-paced game that is played in an enclosed pit or arena. The game is similar to dodgeball, but instead of throwing a ball at opponents, players hit a softer, foam ball with their hands. The object of the game is to hit other players with the ball, while avoiding getting hit yourself. Once a player is hit, they are out and must sit on the sidelines until the next round begins. The last player remaining in the pit is the winner.
The game is typically played with 6-10 players at a time, but can be played with more or less depending on the size of the pit or arena. Gaga ball is a fun, high energy game that is good for all ages and fitness levels, and can be played indoors or outdoors.
Cost per children per hour: $25 - $35
