Tennis

This onsite program will focus on learning the basics of Tennis.

Students will learn different strokes and practice their hand-eye coordination, while improving their overall fitness and have fun with peers.

Tennis is a sport in which two or four players hit a small, light ball back and forth over a net using tennis rackets. The objective of the game is to hit the ball in such a way that the opponent is not able to return it.

Points are awarded to a player when the opponent is unable to return the ball, or if the opponent commits a fault (such as hitting the ball out of bounds). The player who wins the majority of points in a match wins the game.
